• Proven track record in real estate sales, especially in residential/commercial projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Candidates with experience in residential/commercial space sales within Bashundhara R/A and Jolshiri Abashon will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and investors.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.

• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company in property fairs, corporate events, and key meetings.
