Responsibilities & Context:

• Create brand-consistent visuals for digital platforms and campaigns

• Develop motion graphics, reels, and animated promotional videos

• Produce product promotional videos & explainer animations

• Edit videos with transitions, sound design, and visual effects

• Use AI tools to generate creative visuals, concepts, and marketing content

• Manage and upload content on Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn

• Capture photography & videography using DSLR

• Develop storytelling-based brand videos and ad creatives

• Collaborate with marketing & sales teams

• Support creative concepts and campaign execution

• Report to HOD (Head of Department) regularly

• Any other task related to work as assigned by the Department Head & Management.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite

• Video editing & motion graphics knowledge

• Bangla & English typing proficiency

• Understanding of branding & visual communication

• Ability to use AI for image generation, video concepts, and creative automation

• Knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp / V-Ray / Lumion / D5 / Enscape (advantage)

• Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
