Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establishment of all buyer's CoC and BLA-2006 & BL Rules-2015 in the factory.
∎ Proficient to handle buyer visit and any sorts of 1st & 3rd party audits e.g. Social (WRAP, BSCI, Sedex, ICS, HIGG FSLM etc.), Security/C-TPAT (SCAN/GSV), Environment (HIGG FEM, GOTS, OCS, GRS, Oekotex, ISO-90001, ISO-14001, etc.) & so on.
∎ Having a sound knowledge on BNBC, NFPA & Fire Service Rules.
∎ Prepare and submit the CAP to the buyer and make sure it’s validation.
∎ Make an annual training calendar relating to compliance and conduct training accordingly.
∎ Prepare different policies/SOP, presentations, agreements, and training modules as and when required and implement the same in the factory.
∎ Keep all the documents required to handle audit/buyer visits updated at all the time.
∎ Handling different committees e.g. PC, SC, Canteen, Anti–Harassment, EHS, OHS etc. as required by law.

∎ Age 25 to 28 years

∎ Experience in Trims & Accessories will get preference.
