∎ Age at least 25 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supporting the conduct of verifications such as HIGG, SLCP, and social audits such as Better Work, SEDEX, BSCI, and Brand audits.
∎ To find out the non-compliance issue by daily floor visit & internal audit in the factory.
∎ Conducting internal audits to assess compliance with sustainability practices and writing comprehensive reports with evidence and pictures.
∎ Identifying potential hazards and escalating them to the risk assessment procedure to the related production team and following up with them regarding the process.
∎ Organizing wellness programs to spread awareness among factory workers regarding health issues, policies, mission, vision, and new topics that help align them with the company strategies.
∎ Participating in several CSR initiatives and projects, such as organizing training, awareness for workers.
∎ Assisting in compiling data and preparing reports for sustainability disclosures and certifications, such as HIGG, SLCP, ESG report, and BSCI.
∎ Monitoring compliance certification like GRS, EMS, GOTS, OCS, RCS, ISO: 9001 & 14001, FSC, WRAP, SEDEX, CTPAT, Better Work & monitor all technical audit etc.
