Certification or training related to LEED/AP/Green Building will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

Montrims Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Deputy Manager/Manager – LEED & Sustainability to lead and manage the company’s LEED certification journey. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and ensuring all necessary requirements for achieving and maintaining LEED Certification for our factory facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete LEED certification process for factory/building projects.

  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments regarding LEED compliance requirements.

  • Prepare, manage, and submit LEED documentation and reports.

  • Ensure compliance with LEED standards related to energy efficiency, water conservation, waste management, indoor environmental quality, and sustainability practices.

  • Conduct gap analysis and develop action plans for LEED certification achievement.

  • Monitor sustainability initiatives including ETP, STP, energy-saving, and environmental compliance activities.

  • Liaise with certification authorities and external auditors.

  • Develop and implement sustainability strategies and green initiatives across the organization.

  • Train internal teams on LEED requirements and environmental best practices.

  • Maintain all records, policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation related to LEED and sustainability.
