Job Context:
∎ Prepare & making finish pattern before line layout for Suits (Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat) and ensuring less time during line layout and maintaining measurement chart for all buyer.
∎ Measurement Sheet collect, check measurement and grading, also monitoring file buyer wise.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow pattern, grading & comments of all-respective buyer for pre-production & production.
∎ Grading pattern make for trail, pilot & size set for bulk production for Suits (Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat).
∎ Checking & Update Pre-Production & production Measurement Chart & Comments from Received Mail.
∎ Pre-production sample & pattern collection for bulk production.
∎ Maintain the shrinkage rate chart before and after wash of the production.
∎ To prepare measurement sheet as per buyer method.
∎ Employee train up & work for process improvement as well as productivity improvement.
∎ Preparing grading sheet then facing any kind of problem in the meantime as well as sending correct proposal to the respective buyer for final approval bulk production.
∎ Maintain the pattern measurement & embroidery method (if have) sheet making as per shrinkage rate for bulk production.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for the experience candidate.
∎ must have experience in prepare & making finish pattern of Blazer, Trouser & Waist Coat.
∎ must have knowledge in Gerber software.
∎ have knowledge on MS-Word, MS-excel, MS-power point.
∎ Mail corresponding etc as computer skills.
