Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and supervise cutting machine installation, maintenance and repair activities across the factory.
∎ Oversee the operation, maintenance and repair all the auto cutter, auto spreader, fusing, band knife, base cutting machines in the factory.
∎ Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting on all machines at cutting room.
∎ Collaborate with contractors, vendors and other departments to ensure timely completion of projects.
∎ Ensure the adherence to engineering standards, safety protocols and regulatory requirements during installation work.
∎ Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure their optimal performance.
∎ Ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials for cutting machine operations.
∎ Ensure compliance electromechanical safety regulations and standards.
∎ Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement processes to minimize downtime.
∎ Responsible for buyers Engineering related audit and prepare documents and checklist for the audit purpose.
∎ Supervision of Mechanic, Technician and all subordinates
∎ Any other task assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Proven work experience in Garments or textile
∎ Understanding of CAD drawings
∎ Knowledge of Cutting Operation
∎ Ability to work independently
∎ Training on Auto Cutter, Auto Spreader & Fusing Machine maintenance is encouraged
