- Experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Strong market research skills and ability to identify business opportunities
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
- Familiarity with sales reporting, forecasting, and documentation
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to drive successful campaigns
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management
- Knowledge of the local market in Dhaka is a plus
Responsibilities & Context: - Promote, Sell & Market (BI, Agar media, plastic ware, lab consumables etc) or improve existing ones in the Pharma Microbiology labs
- Sales person needs to visit Pharmaceuticals Factory to promote and sell goods
- Responsible for convincing customer based on detailed product comparison
- Responsible for selling companies products and securing orders
- Have to communicate with foreign/ local manufacturer regarding product sourcing, product specification
- Have to prepare quotation documents as URS requirements (Candidate must have previous experience related to this)
- Have to submit the offer in proper time and follow-up
- Have to visit Pharmaceutical labs and generate new requirements
