Proven experience in handling on Quality Audit in Garments or Footwear Industry.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Knowledge About Quality GRIDs, All Kinds of Quality Report & Well Skilled on Troubleshooting.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for establishing standard Quality Management System (QMS) according to customer demand.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Responsible for developing and implementation of Company’s SOP, QMS in the area of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
Oversee the quality control process from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation.
To lead the team of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.
To give Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.
Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
Train up to Quality Inspectors about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
Prepare different reports and submit to the top management.
Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, lab tests, and audits.
Ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards, including regulatory and environmental requirements.
Keep Up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to footwear and garments accessories.
