Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for establishing standard Quality Management System (QMS) according to customer demand.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
∎ Responsible for developing and implementation of Company’s SOP, QMS in the area of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
∎ Oversee the quality control process from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation.
∎ To lead the team of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.
∎ To give Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.
∎ Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
∎ Train up to Quality Inspectors about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
∎ Prepare different reports and submit to the top management.
∎ Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, lab tests, and audits.
∎ Ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards, including regulatory and environmental requirements.
∎ Keep Up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to footwear and garments accessories.
