Education:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering/Computer Science/ Statistics/ IT/ MIS/ Software Engineering or related field.
Requirements:

Skills Required: Data Management,MIS Reporting
Additional Requirements:
Age 25 to 35 years.
Sound knowledge of MS Office (Specially MS Excel & Bangla Typing), MS PowerPoint, Internet Browsing etc.
Should have experience in Business Development/ MIS/ Organization Development/ Sales & Marketing.
Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Strong Communication Abilities in Bangla & English (Written & Verbal).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Prior experience in FMCG is highly preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibilities
Analyze Business data & prepare various report for management.
Assist in Distributor & SR wise target setting both value & SKU wise.
Tracking Secondary Sales data from SDS software & preparing various report as required.
Regular monitoring & up gradation of Sales Development Software (SDS)
Assist in preparing monthly Incentive statement for FF`s.
Assist to preparing various report on distributor`s damage issues.
Market visit to implement SDS software & also observe FF`s activities, finding coverage gap & also visit DB point for checking the daily activities.
Prepare and maintain daily sales report Maintain accurate records of sales performance and key business metrics.
Identify data trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
Assist in automating reporting processes to improve efficiency.
Develop in-house applications, tools, and integrations to support production workflows.
Automate routine reporting and data analysis processes.
Maintain documentation of all developed systems.
Implement best practices in MIS, and Data Management.
Any other`s task assign by the management.
