In line with continuous business growth we need some legal experts in the rank of Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager for Legal Department who can serve the legal aspects of our company in full.
Job Responsibilities
To review land related documents for preparing land report/vetting/opinion before purchasing/signing of related agreements
Verify authenticity of land documents through concerned land related offices. Sound knowledge on Mouza Map and other land related issues
To look after and complete land/agreement registration process with concerned Sub-registry office and subsequent completion of land mutation
Proper knowledge on obtaining land, construction and occupancy related permissions from different authorities like RAJUK, Ministry of Works, National Housing Authority, CAAB, and Fire Service & Civil Defense etc.
Devising contracts with agents, partners, or clients as per the laws
Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources team for employment matters and contract to draft for employment and other related matters
Preparing and sending legal notices to default clients, filing of legal or civil cases against defaulting payments
Must have good negotiation skill to deal with disputed land property.
Preparing and sending legal notices and filling civil suits for land related disputes. Timely review of such suits for quick disposals of verdicts in company’s favor.
Preserving the company’s Intellectual Properties such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations and renewals), etc.
Must have the capacity to manage all sorts of activities of Legal Department
Sound knowledge on English
