Company is accumulating all modern machineries and equipment`s from renowned companies for its better productivity & quality.
∎ Job Location: Hemayetpur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the smooth operation of computer hardware, operating systems, applications, and network infrastructure.
∎ Installing, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, UPSs, printers, IP PBXs, IP Camera, NVR, DVR, and other IT devices related.
∎ Providing technical support to end users on a variety of issues related to computer systems, software, hardware and networks.
∎ Proactively ensure the highest levels of all systems availability.
∎ Documenting, tracking and monitoring the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
∎ Maintain an inventory for all IT peripherals.
∎ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
∎ To install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools in the workplace.
∎ To monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solution.
∎ Installing and update Antivirus, Operating System (Windows 10, Windows 11).
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Will be preferable for CCNA, MTCNA certification.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
