Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Independent capacity to handle customers directly.
∎ Coordinate and communicate with the Respondent Department for developing each product as per schedule and buyer timelines.
∎ Plan and develop merchandising strategies by analyzing sales data, managing inventory, and collaborating with suppliers and retailers to ensure optimal product placement and sales.
∎ Ensure that products meet customer quality standards and budget requirements during the product development process.
∎ Manage all communications via email for buyer queries, updates, and follow-ups. Oversee the product lifecycle from development through shipment.
∎ Managing cost budget, supply chain on time to ensure smooth production.
∎ Prepare regular reports, documentation, conduct filing, and manage data entry tasks.

∎ Aspire Garments Ltd. is a state of the art woven bottoms factory with USBGC LEED GOLD certificate. In addition to being green, the factory is also ACCORD, BSCI, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, GOTS, approved. The monthly capacity of the factory is 1 million pieces of basic bottoms.
