∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating the Talent Acquisition process from start to finish, including creating annual sourcing plan, developing JDs, Job Posting, screening & interviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and making hiring recommendations using HR tools.
∎ Coordinate Employee engagement and wellbeing activities from idea to execution.
∎ Develop training plan based on identified organizational and individual needs from development plan.
∎ Development of training contents and generating ideas for internal training program.
∎ Prepare different reports, presentations, organization charts, and HR-related analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Suits.
∎ Must have experience in the relevant field.
Salary: Negotiable
