∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Must have advance level skills in MS Office software

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all Compliance issues of the factory as per labor law benchmarks and preset standards.
∎ Execution of company's HR plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social/Technical/Fire & Safety/Building and Electric Safety/BSCI/ SEDEX/ ZDHC/CTPAT/HIGG/WRAP/Environment/ Oeko-tex/ OCS/ GRS/ GOTS/Takko, SEDEX, ISO- QMS and other Certification Audits)
∎ To support the compliance team, solve technical problems and help them to prepare corrective action plan (CAP) based on External, Internal, and First party & third-party social compliance audit.
∎ To prepare & update all compliance-related documents and also maintain a relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievance.
∎ To check all data, records, reports, formats, statements, files, books & register of related sections/departments are properly for up-date & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Identify & ensure organized awareness or development training as per requirement.
∎ Implementing operational strategies and procedures as per prescribed SOP.
∎ Collecting, record keeping and up to date all documents.
∎ Checking all chemical level status and record keeping.
∎ Identifying and take necessary action for phase out noncompliance chemicals/ ZDHC Zero level chemicals.
∎ Preparing all chemicals Bangle MSDS and ensuring the implementation in work place.
∎ Check Safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Ensuring policy in work place and managing the proper storing of chemical.
∎ Conducting chemical Handling training to workers and also MRSL/RSL training to management.
∎ Updating all chemical related policy and procedure.
∎ Ensuring to comply all buyer's chemical management related COC requirements.
∎ Ability to handle Chemical Management audit as like, BEPI, Environmental conformity assessment, Higg (chemical Management Part) etc.
∎ Follow up all date, records, reports, formats, statement, rank & files, Books & Registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/standards.
∎ Make & implement KPI across the organization and ensure and follow up corrective action has been taken as per different Audit NC.
∎ Plan and direct for training of employees and carry out other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act 2006, Amendment act -2013, 2018, and Bangladesh Labor Rules.
