Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Diploma in Social Compliance from BIM.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and provide necessary support for conducting different types of training programs such as PPE, MSDS, EHS, Child Labor and forced Labor etc. as per buyer requirements.
∎ Daily, Weekly and Monthly checklist preparation, execution and report submitted to Management.
∎ Attended with buyer's audit independently.
∎ Review the findings of buyer auditor and coordination for its implementation.
∎ Makes periodic visit to the production floor and interacts with workers to address their grievances and issues.
∎ Responsible for disciplinary management (handle grievances, complain box, legal action etc.).
∎ Responsible for buyer compliance management.
∎ Assist with HR activities when needed.
∎ Follow up full factory for Compliance related works.
∎ Execution of any type of Compliance CAP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy with Office Application, specially Excel, power point and e-mail will be preferable.
∎ Good English proficiency will be added an advantage.
∎ Reside in Mirpur, Dhaka will get preference
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
