Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the garments or manufacturing industry.
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ Skills Required: Advance skill in Excel and Microsoft Office, Good communication skills, Good presentation skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Event Planning and Coordination, Factory Administration, Legal Affairs, Vendor management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the factory & corporate office.
∎ Ensure that office supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
∎ Manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for management and staff.
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing documents, including emails, letters and reports.
∎ Act as a liaison between management and employees as well as external stakeholders.
∎ Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from employees and visitors.
∎ Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, merchandising and operations.
∎ Arrange meeting venues and ensure all necessary resources are available.
∎ Coordinate company events, workshops and training sessions.
∎ Communicate with external vendors and service providers for office-related services.
∎ Supervise office maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe and comfortable working environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Problem-solving and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
