Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to office maintenance, vendor management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of office activities.
∎ Supervise support staff, including receptionists, cleaners, and security personnel, to ensure smooth functioning of administrative operations.
∎ Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, as required.
∎ Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and logistical support.
∎ Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and external vendors on administrative matters, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
∎ Manage petty cash and expense reimbursement processes, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies.
∎ Provide administrative support to various departments, including HR, finance, and operations, as needed.
∎ Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures within the office premises.
