Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Venture Group, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of “Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager – Brand & Trade Marketing” to execute trade programs, drive retail execution, and ensure effective market performance in the electrical product segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and trade marketing strategies to enhance market share, visibility, and sales growth.

  • Plan and implement ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to strengthen brand positioning and consumer engagement.

  • Design and execute trade programs (e.g., Slab, Memo, QPS) in line with business objectives and market dynamics.

  • Ensure effective communication of marketing and trade schemes to the sales force and all relevant stakeholders.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and guide brand initiatives.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of trade spending, promotions, and brand objectives.

  • Oversee product launches, rebranding initiatives, and retail visibility enhancement through effective merchandising and POSM execution.

  • Conduct pre- and post-evaluation of brand campaigns and trade promotions using ROI, sales data, and market insights.

  • Manage relationships with creative, media, and activation agencies to ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution.

  • Prepare and present performance reports on brand and trade marketing activities with data-driven recommendations for improvement.
