  • Practical knowledge of market promotion planning, scheme evaluation, and ROI analysis.

  • Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple trade campaigns simultaneously.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to coordinate with sales teams and external vendors.

  • Willing to travel frequently across different regions.



Responsibilities & Context:

Akij Venture Group, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of “Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing” to execute trade programs, drive retail execution, and ensure effective market performance in the electrical product segment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure accurate daily updates of trade scheme data in the system, maintaining coordination with the field force.

  • Plan and monitor trade programs to enhance execution efficiency and visibility.

  • Maintain and analyze trade data to support data-driven business decisions.

  • Communicate trade schemes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

  • Design and manage sales force and distributor incentive programs to drive performance.

  • Develop and implement special trade programs such as Slab, Memo, and QPS based on business requirements.

  • Conduct pre and post-evaluation of trade promotions using ROI and market data.

  • Identify and resolve challenges in trade program execution across regions.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for alignment with company objectives.

  • Prepare trade marketing performance reports and insights for management.
