Experience:
Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree from any reputed university.
Experience in Electrical, Electronics, or FMCG industry will be considered an added advantage.
Must have strong understanding of trade channel operations, retail execution, and distributor management.
Practical knowledge of market promotion planning, scheme evaluation, and ROI analysis.
Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple trade campaigns simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to coordinate with sales teams and external vendors.
Willing to travel frequently across different regions.
Akij Venture Group, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of “Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing” to execute trade programs, drive retail execution, and ensure effective market performance in the electrical product segment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure accurate daily updates of trade scheme data in the system, maintaining coordination with the field force.
Plan and monitor trade programs to enhance execution efficiency and visibility.
Maintain and analyze trade data to support data-driven business decisions.
Communicate trade schemes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
Design and manage sales force and distributor incentive programs to drive performance.
Develop and implement special trade programs such as Slab, Memo, and QPS based on business requirements.
Conduct pre and post-evaluation of trade promotions using ROI and market data.
Identify and resolve challenges in trade program execution across regions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for alignment with company objectives.
Prepare trade marketing performance reports and insights for management.
