Job Responsibilities:
∎ In house Application development as per SSG standard
∎ Application Requirement Analysis and Development
∎ Develop and implement various businesses related projects. Namely, Sales automation, BPT, IMS, HRIS, Production cost analysis, Tour Plan, Sales Promotion Service, Vehicle service maintenance system, New Sales Automation-Laravel etc.
∎ SMS service management system.
∎ Email Marketing Management system.
∎ Modify existing programs with enhancements
∎ Bug fixing and Implementation of required enhancements.
∎ End-user/Stakeholder Communication for any in-house developed applications issues. Documentation (SRS, Policy, Process, DFD)
∎ E-commerce operation(technical side)
