Required Qualifications:
BBA in Human Resources Management / Management.
MBA or professional HR certification (preferred).
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in HR, Employee Engagement, or People & Culture roles.
Experience in corporate culture building and event management is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Ability to engage employees at all levels.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace.
Plan, design, and implement year-round employee engagement programs aligned with organizational culture and values.
Organize and manage employee events, celebrations, festivals, and recognition programs to enhance workplace morale.
Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to identify improvement areas.
Develop and execute initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Coordinate employee communication programs, including internal announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure active employee participation in engagement activities.
Manage employee recognition and reward programs to promote high performance and positive behavior.
Support onboarding engagement initiatives to help new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
Monitor employee engagement metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
Address employee concerns related to engagement, culture, and workplace well-being in a timely manner.
Promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive work environment across all levels of the organization.
Organize team-building activities and wellness programs to foster collaboration and work-life balance.
Assist in employer branding initiatives through internal culture-building activities.
Ensure proper documentation and records of all employee engagement activities.
Work closely with HR and management to continuously improve people experience strategies.
