∎ Should have sound knowledge on Compliance Management & BLL-2006.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate effectively with external training providers to ensure high-quality content delivery and up-to-date training programs
∎ To Conduct comprehensive training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development needs across various departments.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational objectives.
∎ Design, develop and implement training programs, workshops, and learning materials tailored to diverse employee needs and learning styles.
∎ Integrate various learning methodologies, including e-learning, on-the-job training, mentoring and classroom training.
∎ Facilitate and conduct in-house training sessions when required, ensuring interactive and impactful knowledge transfer.
∎ Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring an engaging and effective learning environment.
∎ Leverage external training providers when necessary and manage their performance.
∎ Assess the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, performance metrics, and other evaluation methods.
∎ Prepare regular reports on training activities, progress and outcomes for management review.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
∎ Promote awareness of available training resources and encourage employee participation.
∎ Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR training and development.
