∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure installed Network, Server & Apps availability to the user.
∎ Service Desk Management for both Infrastructure and Applications services and Ensure support to end user.
∎ Perform communication activities with best practices (e.g. Incident & Release notifications, change schedules, SLM-reports) and also communicating with Vendor.
∎ Ensure product life cycle management of all IT assets.
∎ IT equipment inventory management.
∎ Incident mapping, Classification, Prioritize & Escalation and Prepare SOP. Report on Service Desk performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Knowledge on IT hardware, Business apps (FE: PHP, .net with DB: MSSQL & MYSQL based apps) and Enterprise applications (AD, Exchange, Antivirus etc.)
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary can be negotiated as per work experience.
