Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Training/Trade Course: SQL,PHP,ASP

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Daily Smooth operation of CSM (Customer Service Management), Reporting Portal and Other Assigned Application.
∎ Help desk/Email/Phone Call log management for Assigned Application Operations.
∎ Apps and Report development.
∎ Communication with Stakeholder/Partner/Team for smooth operations & Monthly reporting to stakeholders.
∎ Incident & Issue Management, Work Log, Application Operational Policy management and Operation Tracking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience in IT (Applications)
∎ Good knowledge in MS SQL/MYSQL / Database Administration and Web application.
∎ Good knowledge on application operations and Business apps (FE: PHP, .net with DB: MSSQL & MYSQL based apps).
∎ Skills on SQL, PHP / ASP .Net and troubleshooting capability.
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
