Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively involved in day-to-day HR and Admin operations
∎ Assist in recruitment and selection process of clinical and non clinical staff
∎ Prepare employee's monthly salary, yearly promotion and final settlement
∎ Maintain HR documents of the staff
∎ Maintain leave and attendance of the staff
∎ Monitor disciplinary actions, employee grievance and conflict are handled as per labor law
∎ Ensure regulatory requirements are up to date
∎ Prepare duty roster of the staff
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years

∎ Negotiable
∎ Mobile bill, Festival bonus etc. as per policy of the hospital
