Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working closely with Division Manager and senior management.
∎ Working as coordinating officer among Divisional Manager and different tire of management.
∎ Should look smart, self motivated pro-active and to help planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring overall HR, Admin & Compliance functions.
∎ Managing, administrating & ensuring recruitment, selection, training & development etc.
∎ Handling the issues pertaining to head office & industrial relations according to laws in force along with managing motivational factors & conflict management.
∎ Managing all the administrative issues including legal events, safety, fire, health, hygiene, environment, transport & security.
∎ Maintaining liaison with different associated bodies, agencies, management tire.
∎ Ensuring that all the SOPs are properly maintained.
∎ Any other assignment assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years

∎ At least 1 year working experience for the position (HR, Admin & Compliance) in renowned company will get preference.
