Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in Business Administration or any other relevant subject from any UGC University.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Labor Law

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Floor Temperature, Cleaning & Hygiene Issues: S /he supervises and monitors housekeeping system to ensure proper cleanliness of factory premises, hygiene of workers toilets across the organization, Monitors production floors to ensure healthy working temperature at all time in order to meet compliance requirements.
∎ Fire & Safety: Monitors fire & Safety officers' day to day activities and arranges various fire and safety training program, ensures fire equipments are in right condition to keep the factory ready for any announces/unannounced audit.
∎ Facility Management: S/he keeps the inventory of office equipment / furniture, particularly monitors employees and workers dining hall facility, and also ensures availability of sufficient facility/medicine in workers medical hall in order to avoid related compliance issues.
∎ Needle Policy: Monitors all production floors, and pre- inspection area, arranges regular awareness program, training to make compliance a way of life.
∎ Accord Load distribution Policy: Monitors all production floors, arranges regular awareness programs, training to implement Accord standard load distribution in the production floors.
∎ Internal Audit: Conducts internal audit at least 03 times in each week, publishes current compliance scenario against actual standard, creates awareness, and ensures sustainability.
∎ Workers Participation Committee: S/he forms workers participation committee and updates documents as per LL-06.

∎ The applicant should have knowledge on Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015 and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules and regulations.
