This role will suit someone with an already established network of clients and contracts for hospitality, commercial, and even residential projects. Leading new business activities in order to help the expansion of the company all over Bangladesh.
- Contributing to the development of the Business Development Strategy
- Actively seeking out new business opportunities, using network of industry contacts, and reaching to potential clients physically and over phone
- Engage in competition entries and work closely with the designers and marketing team to create beautiful presentations
- Collaborate with design teams to tailor proposals and solutions that align with client needs.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to pitch architectural services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring they align with the firm`s objectives and policies.
- Coordinating regular meetings with the new clients and directors, helping to build strong rapport for long-lasting relationships
- Seeking out and attending industry networking events
- Proactively building new business contacts through networking
- Experience in government & private organizations tender document submission
- Experience in design consultancy sector will be appreciated
- Knowledge in digital and social media marketing
