Job Responsibilities:
∎ To implement sustainable Environmental Management System & Chemical Management System as the major objective.
∎ Prepare the Environmental Management System (EMS) documents as per the Environmental Compliance requirements.
∎ Should have experience on Higg Index-Facility Environmental Module (FEM) Version 3.0
∎ Monitor and evaluate the ETP operation & parameters as per DOE standards & ECR 1997.
∎ Monitoring sludge & waste management system according to DOE & buyer requirements.
∎ Preparing all documentation of ETP & timely provide to respective department.
∎ To find out & implement the best available technics for reducing the all types of wastes in environmental friendly way.
∎ Must be capable to handle all the things as per ZDHC standard/Detox parameters.
∎ Ensure Environmental Health & Safety Requirements in dry process area.
∎ Day to Day Track, measure and keep inventory of energy usage, water consumption, air emission, waste generation and chemicals usage.
∎ Work to reduce facility's level of environmental impact and risk; improve environmental performance.
∎ To develop plans/strategies to make progress toward facility's environmental reduction target (energy, GHG, air emission, waste, water use).
∎ Conduct environmental internal audit and ensure necessary measures to mitigate non-conformity.
∎ Conduct TNA, provide training to process personnel's on proper chemical handling.
∎ Establish emergency procedures related to chemical spillage & possible accidents.
∎ To arrange and conduct training as a requirements of EMS standard.
∎ To review of documents and records, forms and formats related EMS & Chemical Management before implement at the factory.
∎ To ensure follow up that corrective actions are implemented.
∎ To assist OHS Committee on Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities for hazardous work.
∎ To assist OHS committee for preparation and presentation about health and safety in the meetings.
∎ Any others task delegated by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ ISO 14001-EMS Lead Auditor Certified (5 days Course)
∎ Must have relevant working experience with a washing plant.
∎ Candidate must have experience in the field of Chemical Lab & ETP.
∎ Fluency in English.
∎ Energetic, Smart and leadership ability.
∎ Positive approach and Decision making ability.
∎ Ability in work under pressure.
