Responsibilities & Context:
∎ In charge of bulk washing, garment washing, finishing, and coordination tasks.
∎ Executing the production strategy requires the ability to collaborate with the manufacturing and merchandising teams.
∎ Ensuring consistent quality, standardized production, timely delivery of products, and optimal machine performance.
∎ Evaluate, manage, and minimize costs and waste.
∎ Guarantee effective production by providing technical evaluations and ongoing analysis.
∎ Plan and manage tasks, including necessary collaboration with other department leaders.
∎ Adhere to operational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
∎ Strive to wash garments from specific orders within the budget allocated by the corresponding merchandiser.
∎ Create and track a monthly budget to achieve the goals of the organization.
