Experience:
Bachelor of Science in EEE/Mechanical from a reputed university
Must have DG generator/ Compressor/Lift sales experience
Ability to lead private and project sales with proper coordination and competency
Technical knowhow of engineering products
Adequate market information
Excellent communication and negotiation skill
Full mobility to travel
Must be a team player and willing to work in a challenging environment
Query generation, technical meetings with concerned persons, price negotiation, ensure timely delivery, handing over products as per the agreement.
Target oriented with Power & Energy Division’s product line i.e. Generator, Compressor and Lift
Work on Govt. projects and private sales and complete the projects on time
Ensure pre-sales and after sales technical support to customers
Support related departments like SCM, Service, Accounts etc. and ensure proper teamwork.
Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure repeated sales
Market research and continuous development
Prepare a strategic business plan for the project sales
Closely monitor competitor’s movement and strategy
Report to business head and line Manager, track records and ensure proper documentations.
