Responsibilities & Context:

• Lead Generation and Business Development for BESS products.

• Identify potential customers such as industrial facilities, commercial buildings, utilities, developers, and residential clients.

• Build relationships with decision-makers, project developers, EPC contractors, and consultants.

• Explain the benefits of solar PV systems and BESS, including cost savings, energy independence, backup power, peak shaving, and sustainability goal.

• Understand customer energy needs, electricity consumption patterns, and business objectives.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and get repeated sales.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions.

• Present solar and battery storage solutions to clients.

• Follow up with existing clients for additional sales opportunities, maintenance contracts, or system expansions.

• Create an enriched network with all related concerned persons/ industries involved with the gas engine business.

• Prepare a strategic business plan for the project.

• Closely monitor competitors' movement & strategy and act accordingly.

• Report to HOD & line manager properly, and keep a record all data & documents.
