Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing programs, including SEO, PPC and social media campaigns
∎ Drive organic search strategy and execution aligned to clients' paid search strategies.
∎ Work closely with the social media team to build social content designed to create valuable and engaging interactions.
∎ Continuous analysis of digital development and insights of campaign activity
∎ End-to-end ownership of multichannel, paid media campaigns
∎ Act as the strategic and executional lead through implementation process
∎ Track and monitor communication programs and their effectiveness to identify latest trends
∎ Building advertising funnels and be able to direct our design/development team on building landing pages for your campaigns
∎ Evaluate re-marketing strategies as well as all acquisition channels
∎ Supporting the VP, Digital Strategy on accounts by conducting research, analyzing data to generate insights, and staying plugged into the latest and greatest in digital trends and tech
∎ Supporting account and partnership teams by arming them with regularly updated consumer insights and learnings
∎ Working with creative teams, UX/UI experts, producers, and technology team members to bring those strategies and concepts to life
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Ideal candidate must have strong experience with web analytics: developing reports, sharing dashboards, and communicating the story around overall performance
∎ Strategic and creative thinking - always focusing on innovative, but measurable client solutions
∎ Adaptable team members who can manage multiple client accounts and internal teams
∎ Experience working with creative teams by participating in concepting/brainstorming sessions and translating ideas
∎ Strong work ethic defined by quality first client work and attitude
∎ Ability to work with both senior leadership and junior level staff on project work
∎ Entrepreneurial and problem solving spirit
∎ Ability to and experience with, working across teams and departments within an agency setting.
∎ Manage relationships with clients by engaging on a regular basis by delivering great business outcomes.

∎ Experience working with financial data and budgets
∎ Ability to analyze complex issues and to develop relevant and realistic plans, programs and recommendations to solve client challenges
∎ Ability to present information clearly and concisely and respond to questions from internal team and external client stakeholders, including senior executive team
∎ Must be organized and comfortable working on tight deadlines
