• Prior experience in visa processing, paperwork, and content writing is mandatory.

• Excellent command of Microsoft Office.

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with students, parents, and educational institutions.

• Comprehensive understanding of various education systems, visa policies, admission requirements, and scholarship opportunities.

• Ability to build relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.

• Assisting students in overcoming obstacles or challenges related to their educational journey.

• Ensuring accuracy in document preparation, application submission, and compliance with various requirements.

Sr. Counsellor for an Education and Immigration Consultancy Firm provides guidance and support to students seeking to further their education, whether by applying for universities, securing scholarships, or navigating the complexities of student and immigration visas.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding the academic and career goals of students to provide tailored guidance on suitable study programs and universities.

• Offering advice on career paths and how specific courses or degrees align with the student’s future career aspirations.

• Assisting students in selecting universities or institutions that best match their goals, considering factors like course offerings, location, reputation, and admission requirements.

• Ensuring students submit their applications on time, meeting all deadlines, and completing all necessary documentation.

• Advising students on scholarship, grant, and financial aid opportunities available for international education.

• Helping students prepare applications for scholarships and other financial assistance, including writing cover letters and gathering supporting documents.

• Preparing students for visa interviews, helping them understand the questions they might be asked and coaching them on how to answer confidently.

• Evaluating the student’s academic qualifications to ensure they meet the entry requirements for their desired courses and institutions.
