∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Certificate on color and chemical management will be given priority.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on color recepie,color mixing, chemical management,chemical handling process
∎ Skills Required: GARMENTS PRINTING
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Controlling production and quality standards.
∎ Ensuring color fastness, accurate color reproduction, stability and durability of products.
∎ Using color measuring equipment to ensure color reliability in all types of print.
∎ Keeping up to date with trends and innovations within the profession
∎ Must have in-depth knowledge on Garments Printing issues.
∎ Maintain the Chemicals Recipe.
∎ Maintain all Chemicals MSDS, TDS & Guarantee Certificate etc.
∎ Should have knowledge about the chemicals MRSL & RSLs.
∎ Maintain all chemicals test to meet the buyer requirement.
∎ Random check the fastness Rubbing, Wash and others.
∎ Maintain the PPE for Worker.
∎ Responsible to collect chemicals , color swatch, penton book, design, sample etc. from the respective department for color mixing.
∎ Controlling of records & documents for respective process, keeping transability tracking.
∎ Following instruction of management
∎
