• Bachelor/Honors

• Age At least 25 years

• Client Acquisition: Actively seek out new clients by identifying potential businesses that require manpower services.
• Understanding Needs: Figure out what types of workers different businesses need.
• Building Relationships: Get to know the people in charge at these businesses by attending events and meetings.
• Presenting Services: Explain to potential clients what your agency can do for them and how much it costs.
• Taking Care of Current Clients: Make sure clients are happy with the workers you`ve found for them and fix any problems that come up.
• Promoting the Agency: Use ads and other methods to let more businesses know about your agency.
• Watching the Market: Keep an eye on what other agencies are doing and what businesses need.
• Keeping Records: Keep track of who you`ve talked to and what they need using software or files.
• Checking How Things are Going: Look at how well the agency is doing and think of ways to make it better.
