• Client Relations: Manage communication with client companies, understanding their hiring needs.
• Candidate Management: Oversee recruitment, ensuring candidates meet client requirements.
• Documentation: Ensure all paperwork for visas, contracts, etc., is completed accurately.
• Financial Handling: Manage financial transactions with clients, including invoicing and payment collection.
• Team Leadership: Lead and support recruitment staff, ensuring they perform well.
• Quality Check: Ensure placements meet client expectations and resolve any issues promptly.
• Problem-solving: Address challenges that arise during recruitment or placements.
• Performance Monitoring: Keep track of key metrics like client satisfaction and candidate retention.
• Improvement: Look for ways to make processes more efficient and effective.
• Legal Compliance: Ensure the agency operates within the bounds of relevant laws and regulations.
