Responsibilities & Context:
  • Agent Recruitment: Identify potential agents in different districts who could represent the company`s services.
  • Networking: Build relationships with individuals and businesses in target districts to attract potential agents. 
  • Presentations: Deliver presentations or pitches to potential agents, highlighting the benefits of representing the company and its services.
  • Training: Provide training and support to new agents on the company`s offerings, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
  • Support: Offer ongoing support and assistance to agents to help them succeed in promoting and selling the company`s travel packages.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of agents in assigned districts and provide feedback or guidance as needed.
  • Documentation: Ensure that all necessary paperwork and agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner for new agent onboarding.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with agents to keep them informed about company updates, promotions, and incentives.
  • Feedback Gathering: Gather feedback from agents regarding their experiences, challenges, and suggestions for improvement, and relay this information to relevant departments within the company.
