Knowledge of modern and updated QA procedures and techniques.
Should be well organized to face complicated quality standards of reputed buyers.
Good spoken skill in English and Bangle.
Hardworking with perfect judgment skill of complicated work issues.
Responsibilities & Context:
Review styles at development stage and call out concerns/areas for improvement.
BTM has enough authority to influence changes at the beginning of a new style for better product quality and efficiency.
Monitor evaluation of all samples and confirm the requirements are met before offering to client.Oversee raw material management and approvals.Manage production style file·
Organize technical training seminars in the factory for all departments.
Each department must clearly understand the SOPs per Buyer QA manual and follow without any deviation.
SOPs including:
fabric inspection
shrinkage
pattern-grouping
cutting, sewing, finishing/packing·
Regularly review the D-QA’s daily inspections, analyzing the defect percentage on a daily basis and creating.
BTM will perform regular crosschecks and report any violations.
Maintain detailed reports/records of all sectionsOrganize and monitor regular factory QA/checker evaluations and follow up, and regular training for the QA/checker with weak scores until they reach acceptable score.To follow 3rd party-BV training/evaluation program.Review size set.
Once size set review passes, organize PP meeting with factory team and agent team, as per PP meeting checklist.
All required information must be in place before conducting PPM.Schedule Pilot run after PP meeting, following the pilot run SOP.
Make sure to confirm that PP Sample Comments are clearly understood and incorporated in pilot run & bulk production.
