Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- The designer must have strong capability on Residence, Office, Retail Shop, Hotel & Restaurant and Hospital Interior Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up/ 3ds max, V-ray Render/ Lumion, Adobe Photoshop.
Responsibilities & Context:
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior & interior.
- Prepares detailed 2D drawings of architectural design and plan for single and multifamily buildings using AutoCAD.
- Great interpersonal skill, communication skill, team work, supportive attitude, eager to learn, Decision making, proactively and creativity, Material & Product Knowledge, Budgeting & Cost Estimation etc.
