Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Computer Science and Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will create and maintain reports using Crystal Report, Microsoft Reporting Services, and SQL Reporting. Will work with the developers and/or end-users to create requirements and specifications.
∎
∎ Installation, configuration, administration, security hardening of SQL Server. Ensure all database servers are backed up in a way that meets the business's Recovery Point Objectives (RPO).
∎
∎ When performance issues arise, determine the most effective way to increase performance including hardware purchases, server configuration changes, or index/query changes.
∎
∎ Tuning T-SQL queries to improve performance. Finding DMV queries to answer questions about server-level performance.
∎
∎ Develop & maintain database applications through, Stored Procedures, functions, triggers, views, etc. using Microsoft SQL Server.
∎
∎ Identify and understand business needs during requirements gathering to effectively design, develop, test, and deploy SQL reports.
∎
∎ Maintain and update ETL processes.
∎
∎ Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements. Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
∎
∎ Hands-on experience in Application Server and Web server like IIS
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Having experience in banking/financial software development will get preference.
∎ At least 3 years of recent hands-on experience in SQL Administration from MS SQL Server 2008 R2 onward.
∎ Must be proactive, energetic & determined to meet deadlines.
∎ The applicant must good written and verbal communication skill in English.
∎ Able to work independently & under pressure.
∎ Innovative, open minded and ready to put the necessary effort to reach the goals and deadlines.
∎ The ideal candidate will be an intelligent, mature and level-headed individual who will seek long-term future with the organization
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎ Continue strategic approach, innovation and develop best practices in the use of technology
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 80000 (Monthly)
