Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./ M.Sc. in CSE/IT/Software Engineering or similar.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Participate in product requirements analysis and design review.
∎ Experience Web Applications and Mobile apps (Android & iOS)
∎ Report Defects/Bugs to developers with proper information and follow up until modifications are completed.
∎ Prepare and implement software test plans, test objectives, test cases, and test reports.
∎ Perform and document risk analysis
∎ Record test progress and results
∎ Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
∎ Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
∎ Communicate with stakeholders to understand and clarify software requirements
∎ Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs, and suggest solutions to minimize problems
∎ Work closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely delivery of the project
∎ Analyze product features and suggest changes to enhance them to make them more efficient and user friendly
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, standards, and regulations
∎ Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfill end-user requirements, identify existing or potential issues, and improve the existing SQA process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands-on experience with API.
∎ Knowledge on selenium will be added extra advantage
∎ Nice to have knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases
∎ Debugging and Crash Log Analysis/Review
∎ Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter, Locust etc.
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Experience with Test Management tools like Jira, Redmine
∎ Innovative, analytical approach to solving complex test problems and performing troubleshooting
∎ Excellent knowledge of QA methodology and Software development processes
∎ Extensive experience with various types of testing including system, integration, user acceptance, regression, usability, and end-to-end testing
∎ Nice to have good knowledge of programming languages like Java, python
∎ Automated coding experience will be added an advantage.
∎ Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
