Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the functional scope of the application based on release notes and test cases.
∎ The position is responsible to ensure seamless quality of different deliverables, prepare estimations for test solutions, planning & reporting.
∎ Test iOS & Android applications
∎ Creating and running test scripts
∎ Running tests in multiple environments
∎ Communicate defects identified in the testing process to the development team
∎ Cross check visual appearance with respect to general standards and project requirements
∎ Documenting all issues related to tests and test failure
∎ Presenting test results to the team
∎ Construct test scripts and execute them as per test plan
∎ Report and document defects identified during testing
∎ Perform various types of testing - functional, regression, usability, performance, end to end
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Minimum 1 years of professional testing experience with proven track record
∎ Experience and good understanding of quality concepts in mobile technology
∎ Ability to work with functional specifications, wireframes, user cases, sitemaps and translate them into testing specifications
∎ Experience with Test tools, such as APPIUM, Robotium, Xcode Instruments, XCTest
∎ Experience in software lifecycle environments, such as Agile SCRUM, Rational Unified Process, Waterfall, TDD, Brute force
∎ Expert user of test tracking software such as Mantis, Jira, Confluence, Zhephy and Bugzilla
∎ Version control system like Git, Github, Bit Bucket, Sourcetree
∎ Test case management tools like TestLodge, TestRail, Trello
∎ Must be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Positive attitude and should have excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
∎ Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English
∎ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
