• Proven work experience as a Senior Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.) and web design tools (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and previous web projects.
• Experience in responsive and mobile-first web design.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team Environment.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation) and CMS platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites that align with the company’s brand identity and business goals.
• Collaborate with developers, graphic designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive designs and user experiences.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new web projects.
• Optimize websites for performance, scalability, and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay current with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve website performance.
• Manage and lead junior designers, providing mentorship and guidance as needed.
• Work closely with the content team to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly layouts.
