Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
∎
∎ Estimate, prioritize plan and coordinate testing activities
∎
∎ Create a detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test case and maintain a test case repository.
∎
∎ Technical document writing.
∎
∎ Track all discovered issues and defects, and validate fixes provided by developers.
∎
∎ Measure application performance and suggest improvements.
∎
∎ Design and Develop SQL Script to extract data from database and match data with application.
∎
∎ Ensure that testing activities will guide development to meet the business requirements and systems goals.
∎
∎ Perform testing in close collaboration with developers concurrent with development and in an agile manner
∎
∎ The capability of training users to implement solutions
∎
∎ Work with internal teams to identify system requirements.
∎
∎ Collaborate with team members and ensure knowledge transfer.
∎
∎ Must be able to work in multiple projects simultaneously.
∎
∎ Learn new technologies, tools, and techniques quickly and with minimal supervision
∎
∎ Frequent communication with stakeholders for technical issues.
∎
∎ Familiarity with microservices and API contract testing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Proven work experience in Software Quality Assurance and relevant tools.
∎
∎ Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
∎
∎ Must have experience in mobile, web and desktop apps testing.
∎
∎ Sound knowledge About SDLC and STLC.
∎
∎ Experience on several testing such white box, black box, unit test, functional and non functional testing
∎
∎ Hands-on experience with load testing and performance testing tools i.e. JMeter, Selenium
∎
∎ Experience on security testing (SQL injections, Cross-site scripting,unauthorized attempt).
∎
∎ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
∎
∎ Experience on API testing tools i.e. Postman.
∎
∎ Must be familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, MySQL etc.
∎
∎ Must have very strong analytical ability.
∎
∎ Must be proactive and able to execute tasks efficiently.
∎
∎ Good written & verbal communication skills in English & Bengali.
∎
∎ Female preferred: At this moment, we prefer female candidates so that there will be 30% female in the office premises.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
