Experience:
B. Sc or M. Sc in Computer Science and Engineering/relevant subject from any reputed university.
Vendor certification in relevant subjects will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Practical experience in writing test cases to identify software issues (Web, Mobile App, and Web Services).
Sound knowledge of software testing automation tools and unit testing frameworks.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
Ability to analyze requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.
Setup and maintain testing environments.
Work closely with software developers to determine quality assurance parameters.
Perform complex test cases and regression testing.
Report test results to the corresponding team in a structured and timely manner.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and DevOps to ensure overall product quality.
Continuously improve QA processes and implement best practices for quality assurance.
Probationary period is Six months; after successful completion of the period, salary will be increased as per salary structure of the organization.
Upon confirmation as a permanent staff member, they will be entitled to three festival bonuses, welfare benefits, and other facilities in accordance with the organization`s policy.
