Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent must have minimum Graduation/Master degree from any universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and build up good relationship with students/clients.
∎ Create a business plan, budgets and setup immigration agency from scratch.
∎ Knowledge and Experience of Visa consultancy/Visa Processing/Immigration/Visit Visa/Work Permit Visa/Family immigration Visa of Canada/Australia/USA/UK.
∎ Receive and reply emails, carry out marketing and promotions via online and newspaper advertisements.
∎ Perfect counselling direct & over the phone.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Communication with foreign universities/colleges/companies.
∎ Managing client's database and regular following up them.
∎ Provide information to the students/clients about different foreign college and university or workplaces
∎ To prepare students/clients mentally and face to face interview.
∎ Correspondence with respective college / university/ companies regarding students/ clients
∎ Provide guideline to the Jr. Counselors and others.
∎ Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.
∎ Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ KEY COMPETENCIES:
∎ Converse fluently in English for welcoming, guiding and handling foreign representatives.
∎ Experienced in leading bigger team
∎ Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team
∎ SKILLS:
∎ Must be fluent in English and have experience in Immigration procedures
∎ Sound knowledge in immigration law
