∎ JOB PURPOSE:
∎ This position will be responsible for the planning, development, installation, configuration, testing, administration, troubleshooting, and documentation of enterprise cloud-based systems, including interfaces, shared components, networking, and application-level protocols. Also responsible for overseeing and coordinating with cloud service providers to optimize the performance of enterprise cloud-based systems connected to Google partner-deployed hardware and works with key stakeholder groups as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Analyzing BRAC business and cloud vendor technical requirements to ensure that functional, technical, and programmatic changes adhere to cloud vendor standards
∎ Developing and managing the annual maintenance plan and schedule for updates, changes, and patches
∎ Developing, managing, testing, and providing support to multiple enterprise-wide cloud-based systems and services
∎ Designing, recommending, and supporting enterprise-wide computing systems, and related infrastructure (e.g., load balancer etc.)
∎ Performing system interaction designs, and developing policies, procedures and standards related to the development and maintenance of cloud-based systems
∎ Coordinating and scheduling planned changes and new releases with cloud vendors
∎ Managing change requests for all cloud activities, and tracking all events associated with those activities to maximize systems availability and avoid errors
∎ Physically migrating software and programs between environments and within the cloud
∎ Coordinating vendor resources responsible for migration of developed software between development, test, integration, and production computing environments
∎ Ensuring documentation is maintained for application programs and 3rd party interfaces, and 3rd party software utilized in the cloud
∎ Facilitating the resolution of issues and disputes with cloud vendors and escalating to senior management as needed
∎ Maintaining current knowledge of a recognized "Root Cause Analysis" methodology and conducting system outage analysis to prevent the reoccurrence of incidents
∎ Defining and reporting key performance indicators to monitor service health or Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
∎ Performing other job-related duties as assigned.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization, and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience in Cloud Platform Management, especially in GCP
∎ Experience in AWS and Azure cloud platform(s) will be an added advantage
∎ Certified in Linux OS Certification on virtualization
∎ Certified in Cloud Engineering, Cloud Architecture in GCP/AWS/MS Azure, or relevant certification is preferred
∎ Skilled in programming (scripting language), and API services
∎ Comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
∎ Experience of working with Containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipeline, and DevOps platform
∎ Knowledge of key upcoming regulations and market developments within the financial services industry and the potential impact on technology infrastructure
∎ Knowledge on different cloud service providers like GCP/AWS/Azure
∎ Knowledge on storage, networking, and virtualization
∎ Sound knowledge on Linux and Windows OS
∎ Sound knowledge on database management
∎ Experience in migrating significant workloads to cloud
∎ Experience in defining hybrid data center strategies
∎ Experience in cloud security and disaster recovery
